Organization of my Site

This website is organized into several sections:
Onsite Activity - Illustration posting, navigation for projects
Newsletter - A newsletter I release monthly, detailing releases of new work, updates on current projects, irl stuff I want to share, etc.
Threads Wiki - A big one. The wikipedia resource for all my written and drawn works. Characters and story details will be organized like a real fandom wikipedia, except I write everything and host it myself
Written Works - Where I post my stories! They're sort of like webnovels to me. Each written work is organized by its Thread, which is further separated by characters and their personal involevment

The website isn't divided into these sections on the sidebar per se, it's more of an explanation of the sorts of things you would see on my website.

FAQ

Wait, why not use toyhouse? You already have character profiles and stories over there. Why go through the effort of doing all over on a less friendly editor?

I love toyhouse! And I plan to use it onwards in the forseable future. But... I want to use it as a sort of general storage. Sure I can sort galleries and do custom coding in the form of tabs for things like AUs or side stories. But this is all on the scope of toyhouse. Additionally, in order to view my works on there, you need an account. This is a choice I have made to prevent scraping from bots and whatnot. Besides, all of that is on toyhouse, not my own personal space. Here, I can code my own true functioning wikipedia, which is a major goal of mine. I can also curate a sort of library for my written works here, and organize them better than I can on toyhouse. For that especially, the site has little functionality. If you're interested in viewing all works involving a character, be it art or writing, then their toyhouse profile is the place to go. Don't worry, if they have one, it will be linked on their wiki page.

How do the Threads Wiki pages differ from toyhouse profiles?

The Threads Wiki will be written with story exclusivity in mind. The only story aspects that will be mentioned will be from the larger written works.
Let's give an example. My fursona, Archie, has quite a bit of art and a complete toyhouse profile. But her place in the larger stories? She's not really a main character. On toyhouse, I will host everything, but here on the Threads Wiki, only information relevant to the larger stories will be on her profile.
The same can be said for art of my characters in these stories too. Only art that depicts direct scenes from the stories would be posted on the Wiki, anything else would be appropriate for the catch-all nature of the toyhouse profiles.

What are Threads? Isn't that a social media thing?

Annoyingly, yes. It is the name of a feature from Instagram, I believe. I don't use it in that way.
Threads are what I call the different branches of my universal stories. Each story exists on a Thread, intertwining with some, never touching others. The Threads system can be simplified to a 'Cinematic Universe' of sorts. Most of my stories operate in the same universe, in the same timeline. So, they are on the same Thread.
The name/concept comes from the idea of Threads of Fate. My stories are one big tapestry.

Something doesn't look right on my device...

Unfortunately, I am not a html wizard nor am I going to account for every device type and size. I'm primarily coding everything to be most functional on my own screen, which is a computer monitor with a resolution of 2560x1440. It's big and pixel dense. It's just how it is. Tbh I hardly know html as is, so whatever I do write and code is going to be pretty unoptimized anyway. Sorry about that.
